Back in the older days (when mom’s still a kid), when a hen is being mean to others (i.e. pecking other chicks or hens), or when a hen either “refuses” or could not lay eggs, a special “treatment” was given:

A string, one end tied with a sheet of newspaper, had the other end tied onto the hen’s leg. The hen was then allowed to roam around freely, with the newspaper dragging behind it… the effect: the hen got scared, was clucking mindlessly and was running away from the newspaper… should be a hilarious scene to watch….

But I do not know if application of the “treatment” guarantees any behavior improvement, or successfully trigger the hen to lay eggs. It is just the way my grandmom handled her flocks…

am trying to update and improve my blog, though technologically retarded…. but still making an effort…. hopefully it’ll continue to flourish and bloom

chinaman company??

got my appoinment letter yesterday through the mail….. then koko blurped out that ” i think ur company chinaman lah….” then my heart sunk… aiyor wei…. i dun wan to work for chinaman company lah…. *sigh* but during my interview…. the md doesn’t sound/act/look chinaman at all… in fact, he seems to be open minded…. so…. dear koko comfort me, told me that so-and-so’s company don’t have this/that, but not chinaman….

then today koko went to the office to have a peek….. then he said.. i think ur company not chinaman lah… then now i feel better…

but whatever it is lah…. as long as the boss treats the employees good then everything will be okay!! so… don’t care whether chinaman or indianman, as long as good employers then good man!

another boring day…… boooorrrrrrriiiiinnnnnggggg……..

i’m currently missing someone that i shouldn’t have…… thoughts are very disoriented (probably doing too much at one time)

i still got 2 n half weeks to waste before preping myself for the working world…. then life’s officially boring since….

then gotta leave home sweet home in about 2 weeks to busy busy KL… then gonna miss mummy n daddy n koko n alicia again…. and the doggies too…

then gotta really learn to be independent… no more goofing around….

o canada

I seriously miss Canada…… so much things to remind me of the goodness of the cold cold icey country….. Can’t believe I’m out of the country now…. and going to settle down in Malaysia…

I miss all my friends there, I miss the good times I had over there, I miss the bad times I had there, I miss the care and support of my buddies, I miss cute old Dr Nicki, I miss Dale and Zandra, I miss Kay, I miss the little boys I worked with… I miss everything about Canada!!

now that i’ve gotten myself a job…. it’s time to get myself a place to stay…
currently looking for a room at a place which is near to the LRT station, so i can have easy access to public transport and go to work daily…..
hopefully can find a place lah…. around bukit jalil maybe?

after i’ve gotten myself a room.. the next step will be setting the “buy a car” fund for myself…. plan to get myself a car!! woot!! but hor… need a navigator… so, Larnee.. after u got back from melbourne, don’t forget ah, u’ll be my navigator… LOL!!

after getting myself a car, what’s next? i don’t know wei….. but do things step by step lah…. see how lah… pray pray loh…

random and more randomness

very random now… at mom’s office, rotting. wrote a totally different blog earlier, but then deleted it just because it doesnt “click”….

very random mood now…. mind seems to wander far far away… to places that i don’t know!!! and now, i’m stuck.. don’t know what else to jot down!! LOL…..

i suppose i’m random like dad, but of course, dad’s worse than me *hiak hiak*

going to KL next month….. dunno when yet… but definitely going lah….. and finally no longer unemployed. which means life’s gonna be dull and boring! but better than doing nothing at home and at mom’s office….

malaysia.. been home for almost 2 weeks…. and lately, i’ve been enslaved by my bro to clean his new apartment.. LOL… cheap labor.. no no!! it’s slavery!! no wages!! lol…..

but better than feeding mozzies EVERY night lah… ever since i came home, been food to the mosquitoes here… never once did i stop complaining about mozzie bite… argh!! annoying mozzies!

and now… new life will officially begins mid june!! can’t wait.. a little anxious, but it’s good anxiety

ok.. things are kinda random now…. but nevermind lah… randomness is good!!

ok.. driver updated, so now can use dear old lappy to go online, using DIAL-UP…. so….. better than nothing, right?

currently doing nothing…. life’s kinda boring…. hopefully can get a job soon… and i mean SOON. so i can get started with my life.

now i have no high speed internet.. can only use dial-up, using mom’s office’s comp… sth wrong with my lappie’s modem… am trying to fix it, till then, cannot go on to MSN…
